– Cleanse with Soothing Cleansing Milk
– Apply Regenerating Rhythmic Treatment as your toner
– Follow with your regular moisturiser and sun protection
– For best results: use Dr. Hauschka Regenerating Day Cream Intensive for smoother, firmer skin and Dr. Hauschka Tinted SPF30 Sun Cream 40ml

Night
– Cleanse with Soothing Cleansing Milk
– Apply Regenerating Rhythmic Treatment as your toner
– Apply Regenerating Intensive Night Serum as your final step, then go to sleep

Optional Night Care (for enhanced renewal)
– After cleansing, apply Firming Mask or Hydrating Cream Mask
– Leave on for 20 minutes, then wash off
