The Mother's Day Cake - Block

Pretty in pink! All Things Delicious’ Mother’s Day Cake this year is a pretty, gorgeous thing! Made with layers of raspberry sponge (they’re pink!) with raspberry coulis and a delicious Varlhona almond ganache. Topped with a pretty crown of buttercream and fresh edible flowers.

Made without any artificial colours and using unrefined sugar, cage-free eggs and cultured butter. Mummy definitely deserves the best!
