This ensures that your orders are shipped fast (often the same day) and secure, that there are no delivery delays caused by long distances or cross border procedures.
And in case you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase, visit us at our Flagship Boutique, International Plaza #02-12 within 7 days, and our experts will help you to find the product that is better suited for your skin condition.

If we receive your order before 12 noon on weekdays, we usually ship out the same day. Our delivery partners need up to 5 days to deliver your order to your address.

We offer a range of other popular shipping options, at various costs and delivery speeds. Pick the option that meets your needs and we take care of the rest.
In addition to delivery, we also provide a free order pick-up service - 7 days a week, your order is ready for pick-up in 2-4 hours. After you've placed the order and selected pick-up instead of delivery, you will receive a message when your order is packed and ready for pick up. Pick up is not only fast and free, it also gives you the opportunity to meet with our Dr. Hauschka skincare experts and get free advice.
