Skin Condition

Each morning after cleansing and toning, apply evenly to the face, neck and décolleté. With the lotion, a little goes a long way. It glides on easily making it the ideal base for make-up.

Holy Grail!

My skin: not too dry or oily - but prone to T-zone shine and enlarged pores at that time of the month and dryness/dehydration if I haven’t had enough rest. It turns red and irritated if exposed to the elements or too much skincare actives and I get eczema around the nose sometimes. I’ve been trialing various Dr H moisturisers and the Soothing Day Lotion is by far the best. Soothed redness, relieved that taut sensation, didn’t cause excess shine, gave me a glowing, even complexion and even softened my fine lines.
My advice is to try a handful of Dr H moisturisers to see which has the best effect on your skin. Our skins are complex and you may not neatly fall into one skin type or condition.. I’m glad to tried this after previously using Revitalising Day Lotion, Rose Day Cream Light, Quince Day Cream (this is a close second for me) and Melissa Day Cream.
Soothing Day Lotion also has a great scent -relaxing and mildly green and rosy. Maybe I should have let my nose lead my choice!
